I find the ebook difficult to refer to

I prefer to work on paper or offline

I want to be able to mark up a print copy (highlight, underline, etc.)

Unfortunately the prices, especially for color, can be steep! If you know of a less expensive option that makes good products I'd LOVE to know about it!
